First, I want to say I LOVE LOVE LOVE your show. I’ve been listening to you since 1999 when I moved to northern CA–M&B, Mark and Lynda x2, MITM, and now I listen from CO (go Broncos). I will always listen, even tho I do miss Lynda…
However, I’ve noticed a trend in that most, if not all, of your background music and some intro music throughout the show, is very slow-beat, sleepy, OLD FOGEY MUSIC, like pre-Beatles and pre-Elvis. Music from our parents. Oh God. While it may be appropriate on some stories, it seems to be the go-to anymore. IT’S STARTING TO PUT ME TO SLEEP! Please, please, please can you change it up to something more up-beat, current or at least something within the last 30 years??? I know you have to pay for the music and I truly appreciate all you do for us stupid listeners but this is just one small request I have, and maybe I’m not the only one that feels this way??? Take a listen and see what you think.

Mark, I bought your book when it came out. When I received it, my father was in his last days of nasty cancer battle, then stepdad passed and my mom had nowhere to go. So we wound up moving out of state bringing her with us. After listening to comments and you talked about it, I finally decided, I would put it where I might get a few pages in without interruption, the toilet! Well, I have finished it and I had heard probably 80% of it but is was nice to hear the back stories of so many things! Thank you, now I am disappointed I am done with it! Cheers!

Hey RG this is Armando writing from Mexico. My mom past away on April 13 this Sunday it will be 9 years. Does it get easier I do miss her. What sand is that she didn’t get to her granddaughter Isabel who turn 17 this month. Become a beautiful and wonderful girl.

Mark long time listener. it is so true what your voice brings to comfort somebody who’s is so hurting i’m replying to that lady that drowned her dog just so she could get on an airplane and I am doing everything I could possibly do to save my little girl last January she had her spleen removed with 12 polyps. The doctor thought he could get the cancer out so she’s been on steroids and then last Sunday.April 6 at 225 pm she passes away in my arms she was a 8 year young Rottweiler The people that treat their animals like she did should be treated like anybody else for murder life in prison

Hello RG, don’t know if this is true, but I read But I read Elvis Presley asked the limo driver if this limo was his or did he work for a company. The driver replied, I work for the company. So Elvis left him a tip, he paid for the limo and The driver was able to open up his own limo business. Cool story if it’s true.
